• Spearheaded both design and construction teams to handover 20+ projects starting from initiation to tender pack completion in either design phase or design-build format.
• Managed more than 10 projects, with a total value more than $20 million, throughout all the stages starting from initial client meetings, concept design, design development and regulatory approvals to the actual construction works.

• Executed contractors’ and suppliers’ selection and initiated tendering process to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
• Assigned tasks to and coordinated with subcontractors and other discipline leads during site supervision to ensure timely project delivery and ensure alignment with design brief and specifications.

As a Project Manager handled several residential and commercial projects in a Design-Build Contracts from conceptual planning and design development to final supervision and actual construction and contracting tasks.

• Collaborated and advised on establishing the design office through interviewing potential architects, implementing office standards and providing guidance to junior staff.
• Supervised the team to adhere to the brand guidelines for a successful hand-over of SmartBuy Taj Mall retail branch, starting from initial client and landlord meetings to final design development and subsequent on-site construction supervision of the 750 m2 showroom.

• Evaluated project success through feasibility study analysis and budget preparation.
• Developed and maintained key project schedules, also formulated 20+ contractual documents, such as RFPs and TORs.
• Enforced contract requirements, ensured complete deliveries and evaluated claims and payments resulting in saving over 10% of over payments.
• Created and presented status reports on all ongoing operations for 4 concurrent projects.

• Al-Bshairy Residential Compound, Al-Salt Jordan, 71, 000 m2 residential compound containing 240 units and commercial areas.
• Reyad Almohandeseen Complex, Amman Jordan, residential complex on Al Aqsa St. composed of around 170 apartments with total built up area of 40, 000 m2.
• Al-Mehanya Towers, Amman Jordan, a 15, 000 m2. commercial building.

Worked as a freelancer on several projects with both Sigma CE and GDAR group. Work included conceptual development, design development, 3D visualization and working drawings.

Extensive working experience on many different projects including;

• The Aqaba Authority (ASEZA) Directorate Building, Four story governmental building.
Handled the project from before the concept stage starting with surveying the client’s requirements, establishing a program for the project and site surveys through the concept development and final working drawings.

• Al Majd City in Zarqa, Design of about 15, 000 residential units.
Helped develop the concept and handled its presentation. After that prepared the project filing structure and then worked on the complete construction drawings starting with the floor plans ending with the detailing works.

• Lead or participated with several teams to produce construction drawings for several other projects ranging from small residential units to multi-story office buildings.

• Assigned as the lead 3D visualizer which entailed producing and directing the team to produce all the required visualizations, animation, images, 3D models and conceptual perspectives for all the projects during their various stages.

• Introduced the use of Google SketchUP program to the company and trained several team members on its use which minimized conceptual development time and helped create more striking and daring concepts and images. It also reduced the workflow steps needed to go from initial conceptual sketches to final presentation graphics and construction drawings.

• Created and helped create graphics for all the department’s presentation sheets and PowerPoint presentations.

• Assigned as a power user to help define, introduce, implement and train the rest of the staff on the company's new CAD standards and operating procedures.
