- Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, monitor performance on an ongoing basis, and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed
- Assign routine and non-routine tasks and assist in the schedule preparation for the Sales Associates, Cashiers and Coordinators (when applicable) and ensure that activities are carried out in the most efficient manner
- Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
- Report occurring operational issues and handle customer complaints in in a timely manner, suggest solutions or escalate them as appropriate in order to ensure operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Handle or assist the Shop/Department Manager in handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of product orders to ensure effective stock management and availability of products
• Ensures proper implementation of promotional activities to support higher
sales results.
• Ensures all store’s activities in alignment with organizational policies and
procedures.
• Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed.
• Requests and suggests product range/variety and maintain stock levels.
• Assists sales staff in completing difficult sales transactions.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific
duties, manages break periods, working hours, sick leaves, and vacations.
• Provides constant coaching, mentoring and training for all store staff.
• Ensures compliance of employees with established location security, sales,
cleanliness and record keeping procedures and systems.
• Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and
delivery of deposits to bank.
• Handles and follows on customer’s complaints and inquires.
• Interacts with customers to ensure the quality of services provided.

Explanation of the client for the design will be consistent with how the room will be decorated and very beautiful shape .. I give him what looking for him and he will be happy when they pay for it. How to close the sale ..
