• Taking, placing and following orders for raw materials, consumables and equipment for the company, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best deal for products or longer term discount agreements.
• Responsible for the timely procurement of goods and services and ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality, conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices.
• Passing purchasing orders transactions over financial system to make sure all the entries are balanced and deduct delivered amounts from requested department budget.
• Ensures the timely delivery products quality at the lowest possible cost, and verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget.
• Obtaining quotes and placing orders for finished goods for resale.
• Track deliveries and make sure the company receive the exact ordered materials.
• Liaise with the warehouse in order to make sure the frequently use materials are in hand upon request.
• Submits final invoices to the Finance Department. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Responsible for a range of bookkeeping responsibilities as well as providing support on finance and functions. Carrying out and recording relevant financial transactions as well as coordinating the financial coding of these transactions. Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of bank records.
Responsible for enhancing profitability, sales, and market share through implementation of strategic and tactical sales and operations plans for promoting the sales of Bank’s Retail Banking Products like Personal loans/Car loans/Overdrafts/Home loans/Term loans Finance to existing and new walk in customers. Reporting directly to the Head of credit and retail • Responsible for evaluating customer’s financial status such as liquidity, profitability, credit history and cash available before recommending for approval/rejection. • Responsible to ensure adherence to Banks Policies, ethics and code of conduct. • Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets by preparing new proposals for the retail banking products and assisting the team in marketing their proposals to achieve the Unit targets. • Key account manager for Elite Gold customers and the Royal Family accounts. • Responsible for preparing the security documents of the Retail Banking products. • Liaise with internal departments such as Operations, Credit Control, Legal and Risk management Group to achieve our Bank goals.
