•Supervise and mentor direct-report staff, including communicating clear expectations, setting performance objectives, and providing regular and timely performance feedback.
•Promote and monitor staff care and well-being; and manage all leave requests.
•Represent IRC in meetings with local authorities, NGOs, UN agencies and other external actors.
•Work with field staff to identify operational needs and ensure the issues are reflected in a new budget.
•Review and submission of monthly field logistics reports on fuel consumption, vehicles usage, inventory reports assets tracking, assets reports among others.
