- Central Battery System - Load Estimation - Lighting.
Accomplishing the sizing of: Cables - Circuit Breakers - Cable Trays - Electrical
Rooms - Transformer - Generator - Panel Dimensions - Capacitor Bank.
Complying with local regulations, international codes, and standards such as IEC
and NFPA 70, throughout the design process.
Supervising drawings and calculations QA/QC prior to projects submission.
Conducting site surveys and liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and BIM modelers
Conducting presentations, design reports and proposals to achieve value
engineering for the client.
Attending weekly coordination meetings with all disciplines to collaborate and solve
project issues.
Following up with the Authority Having Jurisdiction to obtain permits and approvals
on behalf of the client.

Full understanding and review of electrical shop drawings, calculations, schedule of
points and schematics.
Complying with project specifications and adhering to local and international
regulations in all installations.
Preparing project documents such as IR, RFI and MIR besides handling all
inspections with the consultant engineer.
Supervised a team of foreman and technicians to achieve project deadlines and
milestones.
Coordination with other disciplines engineers at site to avoid clashes that hinder
projects progress.
Preparing BOQ for the project and handling subcontractors payments.

Supervising a team of draftsmen to incorporate design developments during
construction.
Reviewing material data sheets and coordinate with procurement engineer to select
materials.
Full understanding of design and shop drawings, schedule of points and
schematics.
Document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction
completion from design and validation reports from Project Engineers.

BIM modeling for the electrical discipline.
Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model
changes.
Solving clashes between MEP disciplines and also coordinating with the
architectural and structural disciplines.

Designing electrical systems such as lighting, small power, fire alarm, earthing, and
lightning protection for residential and commercial buildings.
Handling of short circuit, voltage drop and lux calculations besides preparing load
estimation and space planning for Electrical, LT and Transformer rooms.
Fully aware of sizing cables, circuit breakers, isolators, conduits, transformers,
generators, UPS, and capacitor banks.
Managing design developments during construction stage and coordinating with the
site supervision engineer.
Preparing power and fire alarm schematic diagrams in addition to the schedule of
points for the electrical panels.
