This is my main responsibilities under core network department at ENC Company as a Libyan public safety operator:
- Make reports for system components faults during the follow-up of the system.
- Supervision of the installation and development of every part of main equipment servers and switches .
- Verify network element at the main servers in the mobile switching office MSO.
- Make Backups and recovery operations for all servers at the MSO.
- Supervision on download licenses process for the system.
- Supervision on the installation and maintenance of control rooms equipments .
- make a different access levels for the system users.
- Responsible for the follow-up performance and maintenance the hardware encryption and user authentication equipment
(User Authentications) as ((Auc, KMF, Prc, KVLs)).
- Installation, maintenance and development of encryption equipment, whether (Air Interface Encryption AIE) or (End To End
Encryption) for voice and data.
- The imposition of the network borders and ensuring the possibility of customers (country agencies) communications with
their control rooms and their limited access on the network to monitor only their users (terminals).
- Supervising the loading and unloading stations and users' encryption keys.
