- Plan production activities in accordance to the sales orders /plans.
- Prepare Monthly and Annually Production Plans in accordance to company’s sales targets.
- Assess raw materials and Packaging materials requirements as per production plans to achieve targeted Plans and stock levels.
- Ensure production cost is effective.
- Manage material and human resources effectively and within agreed waste and cost limits
- Working closely with other departments to ensure overall company policies and targets are met.
- Report daily, weekly, monthly all production activities to Plant Manager highlighting achievements and deviations.
