*Prepared monthly financial statements, analyzed and reported results to the management

*Assisted in administrated financial plans budgets, and forecasts, analyzed gaps, check data consistency, challenged results, identified risks/opportunities and proposed corrective actions needed to keep budget targets.
* Responsible for all kind of entries and vouchers preparation in ERP System.
* Reports Product Cost, inventory and wastages on monthly basis.
* Prepared bills and invoices for sales or services rendered.
* Collected on accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with customers.
* Reconciled accounts payable and receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted properly.
* Processed customer invoices, followed up for payments, reconciled sales reports, resolve queries from customers about shipment and rates.
* Managed stock movement and prepare monthly stock reports.
* Creditors aging, Reconciliation and Vouching.

• Perform follow up and controls over logistics and operating cycles to ensure safeguarding stocks and WIP and maintain proper cost allocations.
• Trace all direct variable cost related to customer orders, products’ family to the least production unit to have an accurate margin at each level.
• Compare realized margins against booked margins for each order family and product for analysing deviations.
• Giving reports to the financial manager by the inventory balance every month to compare with the last month balance.
