- Responsible for month-end closing process and prepare profit and loss (brand-wise and location-wise), balance sheet and cash-flow statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Manage cost and expenditures of food & non-food items provided against the approved budget and continuously find opportunities to control cost across production processes.

▪ Liaising with related parties, vendors and customers to resolve any unreconciled transactions.

-Dealing with external parties such as, auditors, customers, supplier and banks.
- Cash flow management and preparation of cash flow projections.
- Perform CVP analysis, break-even point, ratio analysis, variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget),
horizontal and vertical analysis.
- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing costs of unit with its
market value to ensure accuracy of inventory valuations as per the standards.
Senior adviser reporting to the managing partner where main job responsibilities include:
- Prepares and analyzes the monthly financial reports (P&L, BS and Cash Flow)
-Develops, trains, and contributes to continuously improving the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the team members ensuring that they are qualified and competent, properly coached, in order to handle the demands of their jobs and achieve their objectives
-Develops, controls to ensure that the company operations are carried out efficiently and with probity and that agreed recommendations are implemented
Senior Accountant reporting to the finance manager where main job responsibilities include:
- Leading the accounting team in the absence of the finance manager and directly interact with top management
- Responsible for month-end closing process and prepare profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow statements
-Ensure both external & internal audits are conducted properly
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices/payments and reconcile them with purchase orders and supporting documents
- Ensure the proper recording of all customer and suppliers accounts.
- Monitor the aging of accounts receivable/payables and minimize aged receivables.
- Perform collections functions including re‐billing, contacting delinquent customers to secure payments and resolve any discrepancies and coordinate with legal department to deal with defaults.
- Identify issues and develop solutions related to accounts receivables/payables activities and processes.
- Closely working with the procurement team, performs accounts payable duties such as verifying all supplier invoices for payment, ensure expenses are charged to appropriate accounts and cost centers and ensure payments are align with purchase order credit terms.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries as per IFRS.
Auditor reporting to the assurance department where main job responsibilities include:
- Performing all types of testing and recalculations for client companies’ accounting records.
- Analyzing the companies’ processes and controls in order to identify potential weaknesses.
- Performing audit administration work.
- Auditing quarterly and year-end financial statements.
- Assisting in preparing and presenting financial statements for organizations in accordance with IFRS and IAS.
- Performing agreed upon procedures (AUP) according to the rules and regulations of the Central Bank of Kuwait.
