project manager.
Preparation of various strategies for all planning activities of project.
Execution of Civil Works as per Drawings and Specifications of the Project
Preparing and checking the RFI (request for inspection) for entire ongoing activities at site and
maintain the RFI for record.
Preparation and submission of Shop Drawings.
Checking with site technicians FDT, Cone, Asphalt & concrete tests.
Preparing Piling & Shoring Shop Layouts and Section Details.
Preparing all kind of Piling & Shoring Quotations.
Coordination with foreman and supervisor for technical issues and solution.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
Directly supervised and coordinated activities of workers engaged in landscaping or grounds
keeping activities.
Carrying out feasibility studies, cost planning, material estimation and analyzing cost for
tender and contract.
Preparing Daily Site Report for the Piling & Shoring Projects
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.

Major Responsibilities: -
Managing parts of construction projects. Overseeing building work.
Setting out site.
Supervising contracting staff.
Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Liaising with client, subcontractor, and other professional staff, especially with project manager.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
Preparing site reports.
Machinery arrangements.
Materials arrangements.
Manpower arrangements.
Planning for next day.

Major responsibilities:-

Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractor, checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
Liaising with clients and their respectively (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress.
Execution of all substructure and superstructure works.
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractor, supervision, planner, quantity surveyor and general workforce involved in the project.
Assist engineer to prepare RFI and other Document.
Preparing and checking the RFI’s (Request for Inspection) for entire ongoing activities at site and maintain the RFI register for record.
Checking the inspection requests with the Consultant’s Inspector to approve request of my work.
Survey the site and ensure that the land is levelled accurately and measured before placing the supporting rods.
Preparing Setting Out, Coordinate and Level.
Checking with site technician FDT, Cone, Asphalt and Concrete tests on the site.
Supervise and issuing instruction to the workers on site for the smoother flow of work.

Major Responsibilities:-

Ensure accuracy for all operational requirements for project and achieve all investment objectives.
Evaluation of all system capacity and analyze all production requirement and system deficiencies.
Provide support to all operation and extension requests.
Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends.
Preparation and inspection of shop drawings.
Providing advice to all people involved in the project.
Presenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organization involved with the project.
Developing detailed yet simple to understand schedule and graphs.
Using specialist computer software to help keep the project on course
Making, checking and Updating monthly and weekly Progress reports.
Keeping in contact with the Project Manager.
