• Supervise and improve the workflow.
• Check the drawings, discuss the changes with the consultant and direct manager.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to direct manager.
• Solve the problems, and clear all the obstacles with the most economic and professional solution.
• Following the work progress and improve it order to deliver it.
• Make and following the time plan.
• Attending weekly and monthly meetings with the Contractor and direct manager.
• Control the distribution and productivity of the contractors.
• Reviewing the contractor's invoice and submitting it to the direct manager.
• Reviewing the quantities and matching them to what has been implemented and reviewing them with the project budget
• Coordination of works between the main contractor and the electrical, air conditioner, firefighting and plumbing works.
• Review all Drawings and ensure compliance with the design.
• Receipt of finishing works from the main contractor.
• Supervise and improve the workflow.
• Check the tender drawings and the BOQ, discuss the changes with the consultant, give the instruction to the CAD-Operator and submit the shop-drawings.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to direct manager and consultant.
• Hiring sub-contractors and vendors for the job and supervising them.
• Control all the projects expenses and income.
• Surveying, preparing, editing and submitting the shop-drawing, quantities, invoices, quotations, V.O., P.O., M.O.S., I.R. and any other transmittals.
• Finding, contracting, following, supervising and invoicing sub-contractors.
• Solve daily problems, and clear all the obstacles with the most economic and professional solution.
• Following the work progress and improve it order to deliver it.
• Following the time plan.
• Attending weekly and monthly meetings with the consultant and client.
• Control the distribution and productivity of the sub-contractors.
• Arrange vehicles (forklift, JCB, etc…) renting and drivers and labors for limited or long period contracts.
• Make all the invoices in the project either it is for the client or the sub-contractor.
• Supervise and improve the workflow.
• Check the tender drawings, discuss the changes with the architect, give the instruction to the CAD-Operator and submit the shop-drawings.
• Make daily and monthly reports.
• Solve daily working problems, and make the important quick decisions.
• Detection of sub-contractor work and submit the completed works to the consultant.
• Arrange Soil investigation appointments and control excavation and reclamation works.
• Follow the time plan.
• Make all the invoices in the project either it is for the client or the sub-contractor.
• Control the productivity of the sub-contractors.
• Supervise the concrete pouring process and follow-up samples crushing reports.
• Communicate with suppliers and submit the materials for approval.
• Dealing with the following daily construction activities:
• Excavation work
• Blinding concrete
• Pouring concrete for sub-structure and super structure elements
• Backfilling work
• Blocks work
• Finishing work (Plaster, Painting, Tiles, Gypsum work … etc.)
• Daily and monthly reports preparation.
• Follow up daily RFI's with the consultant.
• Coordinate the requirements with the project manager.
• Follow up with the shop drawing issue.
• Follow the time plan.
• Control the productivity of the sub-contractors
