- Monitoring the performance of sub-contracting companies.
- Follow up the maintenance activities& performance of the technical staff.
- Reviewing corporate performance reports and comparing them with sites performance.
- Coordination with the quality and development department.
- Auditing the KPIs work after collecting all the information from the different departments of the
