• Daily and monthly reporting of sales data, work in process and back order amount.
• Inventory of daily stock orders as well as the urgent or VIP orders.

• Responsible for invoicing of parts and prepare daily cash collection report.
• Conducting Perpetual Inventory of parts weekly and annually.
• Receiving of purchase order, verify and prepare monthly summary report.
• In charge of warehouse inbound and outbound operation.
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean and orderly by implementing the 7 storage technique and 5 S of Toyota Motor Corporation.
• To perform the duties of my Parts Manager during his absence.
• Responsible for leading a team of five warehouse staff.
• Trainer of Toyota One Stop.
• Prepare activity reference to be used in receiving of part through RDT.
• In charge of receiving, posting of manual and special order parts.
• Reporting goods receipt discrepancies to National Parts Department.
• Preparing purchase orders for all goods procured from the local suppliers.
• Verify all local purchase invoices through SAP.
• Preparing monthly summary report of all local purchases made by our branch and monthly report.
• Investigate part that has imbalance stock.
• Implementation of warehouse rules, physical handling and continues improvement of the warehouse.
• Locate Automatic Replenishment of part if there is time.
• Substitute Parts Warehouse Supervisor if he’s on vacation.
• Preparing parts quotation for walk-in customers and mechanic.
• Ensure effective communication with customer by answering any question they may have and handling complaints/problem.
• Responsible for ordering of parts for the customer.
• Monitoring of back orders for special ordered part.
• Daily reporting of fill rate.
• Maintaining the 5’s activity and implementation of the 7 storage techniques of TMC.
• In charge of receiving and issuing of parts.
• Monitoring and maintaining of fast moving items or key product.
• Monitors bin location maintenance for easy picking and storing operation.
• Report goods receipt discrepancies.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean and orderly at all times.
