 Lead coordination of utility interfaces and resolve conflicts among key project stakeholders.
 Developed and implemented design review procedures for infrastructure packages within the DEC project.
 Conduct site verifications to ensure compliance with Qatari authority standards.
 Facilitate permit acquisition and approvals through collaboration with ROMD, KM, MME, and other relevant bodies.
 Manage and respond to all authority queries in the Qatar Design Review System (QDRS), including Design Review (DR) comments and Requests for Information (RFI).

 Led site supervision team ensuring compliance with Contract Specifications and Ashghal standards.
 Reviewed and approved technical submittals including method statements, material submissions, shop drawings, and ITPs.
 Review and approval for traffic Division Plan, Environmental permit
 Evaluated Variation Orders (Cost & Time) and provided technical recommendations for Engineer’s determination.
 Reviewed and validated Interim Payment Certificates.
 Coordinate with all authority (ROMD, DNOM, KM, MME, MOECC and QNBN) to obtain the approval and permits related to project.
 Coordinate and follow up with contractor stakeholder Team in related matter for the project
 Drafting letter to all authority in regards permit or requirement related to project.
 Effectively coordinated with various project teams, ensuring seamless communication and diligently assessing project plans to identify and mitigate potential impacts on the overall project schedule
 Coordinate, supervise, manage and monitor all activities and the professional conduct of the Engineer’s team on the construction site.
 Supervise all activities of project, ensure compliance to all plans and specifications, identify all errors in plans, and ensure optimal working of construction personnel.
 Follow up with QA/QC Team for the documentation the Test Report as per the PWA Protocol & standard and follow up with the third-party laboratory.
 Maintained Senior Resident Engineer’s daily diary and ensured reporting compliance by supervision staff.
