•Greeting all customers who come into the show room in a professional manner.
•Organizing and developing all promotional activity within the showroom in a way that maximizes sales.
•Managing the performance and development of the showrooms staff and promoters in effective sales and communication strategies.
•Ensuring that all quotations detail the correct prices and products to prevent future complaints or problems from occurring.
•Following up on all sales leads.
•Making sure that customer complaints are dealt with a timely and efficient manner.
•Reporting any issues to the director of sales regarding stock or suppliers.
•Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
•Documenting sales and rewarding employees for these accordingly.
•Completing showroom administration and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures with 55 member of my team (Customer Care, Sales Rep, Sales Supervisors, Cashier, Cash officer and Security).
Supervise and responsible for 15 team members, arranging their work rotations and sections, developing their work experiences, & manage performance.
Train and Develop shops staff: Brief all sales procedures, Start & End deal, and document needed, ensure a well trained staff to provide an excellence services with highly professional manners.
Client Services: provide excellent services to the clients which exceed their expectations & reflect the organization image.
Follow up head management tasks: setting objectives and task orienting to rep to achieve organization goals.
Supervise the required documents: checking all documents to filled and follow up on to ensure the right procedures been followed and avoid any omissions that may cause a crises.
Working in diverse atmosphere adds on my character to be more dependant, decision maker, and use the communications channels in efficient way.
