to arranging for repairs & maintenance

with achieving the maximum cost savings.
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing
variances, data and trends.

 Create and develop yearly Preventive Maintenance schedules as required to upkeep the equipment/facilities of
assigned project in optimum operational condition.
 Monitor the materials requisitions, consumption, and tools usage and ensure availability of all required minimum stock
levels of materials.
 Evaluate and inspect the performance of the staff and the work at site from time to time.
