- Monitoring the implementation of franchise agreements and production contracts, as well as relevant regulations.
- Supervising the execution of feasibility studies, plans, and authorized work programs, ensuring compliance with the mining operations outlined in the plan.
- Overseeing the raw materials transferred for daily production operations, including:
* Tracking the quantities of ore extracted from the mine.
* Reviewing the results of mine sample analysis.
- Ensuring the accuracy and safety of ore crushing, grinding, and processing operations.
- Checking the quantities of processed ore and mineral concentration.
- Monitoring and recording daily consumption of chemical materials.
- Reviewing all laboratory analyses before entering the final production process.
- Supervising the deposition and smelting unit, with access to the storage safe restricted to the presence of the field supervisor.
- Close monitoring of the smelting process of the processed material, ensuring all safety and security measures are adhered to.
- Verifying the accurate weight and quality of the final product using sensitive and precise scales.
- Signing production and export forms for the product.
- Tracking equipment failures causing production delays, downtime, and their causes.
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Ministry of Minerals on daily production and operational progress, with comments and recommendations.
- Monitoring and controlling on-site production costs, reviewing invoices and procurement records when necessary.
- Monitoring and recording environmental performance and occupational health and safety aspects.
- Organizing and documenting routine work meetings.
