Duties:
Responsible for design, implement and manage Data Center Networking.
Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines in all branches sites.
Responsible for design, implement and manage Data Center Compute server.

Install and configure Cisco routers.
Install and configure cisco catalyst small business Switching.
Implement enhanced security policies on the watch guard firewall.
Install and configure backups in multiple locations.
Experience in implementing server virtualization solutions.
Experience implementing storage area network infrastructures.
Install and configure Oracle System with SQL Database.
Install and configure and manage Exchange Mail system 2016 and 2013.
Install and configure enhanced security appliances for SOPHOS firewall.
Implement enhanced security policies like VPN site 2 site and client to site.
Install and configure VMWARE ESXI VSPHARE 6.5.
Install and configure VCENTER VSPHARE WEB Client.
Duties:
Provide coaching to Incident management team member with troubleshooting with various vendors.
Technical escalation point for my team.
Responsible for the problem management incident and the monthly trend network & infrastructure analysis that shared with the account team and the customer senior management.
Provide an expert technical point of contact for my company .
Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving LAN/WAN and Wireless network problems.
Providing daily operational support and system administration for core network infrastructure
Lead the Technical troubleshooting made by Incident management team.
Network administration implements and troubleshoot local area network.
Managing Maintenance IBM point of sale.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
Managing Domain Controller and Active Directory.
Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment.
Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations and maintain NAS.
Providing maintenance support and break-fix solutions.
Follow documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures.
Producing reports for senior managers.
Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets.
Supporting a multi-site IT infrastructure of at least 600 employees.
Providing technical support via helpdesk systems for a wide range of internal &external applications
• Managing Domain Controller and Active Directory.
• Network administration implements and troubleshoots local area network.
• Follow documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures. Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services.
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving LAN/WAN and Wireless network problems.
• Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets.
• Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported faults.
• Working closely with Telecommunications carriers to resolve network issues.

• Follow up on network performance and ensure minimal operational disruptions.
• Develop and Document Work Flow.

• Evaluate and Review Periodic Staff Reviews.
• Supporting a multi-site IT infrastructure of 120 branches.
