• Design electrical distribution networks for over 100 villas, 20 offices and 3 towers as lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, LV systems, and load calculations, prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance.
• Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for electrical and equipment.
• Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing, operation of electrical systems and equipment and Investigate electrical failures.

• Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical systems and Investigate electrical failures for more than 550 property and 15 towers including Al Soor tower, Awqaf complex, Baitak tower, Star tower, Injazat tower, Byblos tower…. etc.
• Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts and other engineers.

• Design electrical distribution networks for (Sahari complex - Al Taifony medical tower clinics and no. of 6 villas in Khiran resorts) as lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, LV systems, and load calculations, prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance.
• Prepare tenders and cost estimation of electrical systems, supervise and investigate system failures.

• Design electrical distribution networks of 1800 buildings in October city affiliated to the Ministry of Housing as 4 design templates for all buildings as lighting, power distribution, LV systems, and load calculations, prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction or maintenance.
• Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design
specifications for electrical systems, and supervise technicians and other engineers.

• Maintain electro-mechanical equipment in the radar station, develop layouts and designs of electrical distribution systems... etc.
