Reporting, include report the B.S, PNL, KPI's ICP, in HFM, check and correct the HFM data, and prepare the monthly sign off sheet.
Ensure day to day accounting is performed according to Accounting GAP and Finance SOP. This includes voucher posting, petty cash handling, reconcile all balance sheet accounts (including JOD and USD bank accounts) at the end of each month before the book close. Ensure all accruals for admin expenses and prepaid expenses are posted at the month end before the final TB is pulled. Worked on financial budgeting, capital expenditure, cash flow and foreign-exchange dealings.
Ensure proper procedures exist for all Finance and related processes in the country, and that these are adhered to. And Ensure agreements including credit days in place for all customers, Follow-up on outstanding overdue invoices regularly.
Prepare the Outstanding Receivable reports and distribute to the operations team and follow up on the overdue outstanding. Upload outstanding report in weekly basis for area follow up.
Handle the company customer’s payments. Ensure charges are collected prior to document release. Ensure collected funds are deposited to the bank on a daily basis. Solve all the issue with the bank (Act as the bank contact person)
Ensure that Statutory Audit is completed within deadline. Avoid potential severe penalties associated with non-compliance, must ensure that the company aware of all applicable regulations as well as manage and monitor its compliance to those regulations.
Processing staff salary calculations (include salary raises, deductions, allowances, bank transfers) through Mena Pay system.
Helped manager in preparing financial statements and reports.
Working on bank reconciliation and supplier reconciliation accounts
Holding the responsibility of applying the SAP (ERP) system for SCM business (Finance super user). Including below courses:
