Chemist for desilnation plant by reverse osmosis system (RO) with capacity 200 m3/d that’s feed fresh water to East Port Said Port project.
Use troubleshooting abilities and then develop effective corrective actions.
Collects, analyzes and reports data in support of agreed research and application development projects.
Assists in coordinating between maintenance and operations to ensure that preventive maintenance (PM) of equipments in the RO plant is performed according to schedule, and monitors operations and service provider’s performance on a day-to-day basis.
Monitors chemical preparations, dosages for Pre and Post treatment including monitoring consumptions, stock inventory and chemical procurement.
Monitors process parameters such as pH, TDS, Conductivities, pressures, Oxidation Reduction Potential, Temperature, Flow Rates,
Recovery and Product water stock levels.
Experienced in softeners problems-
Has a wide knowledge in Problems of (RO) operation
Analyzes raw materials and products using instruments as Spectrophotometer, Flamephotometer, Scrubber, Distillation unit and Digestion unit. Prepares buffer solution, standard solution, mixed acid, composite solution and etc. Monitors chemical analysis for a boiler such as pH, TDS, Conductivities, T.H, Cl2, Iron.

Do effective calls and visits to doctors and pharmacies
