Directly Responsible for All Costing studies, Promotion Calculations, Financial Studies, Warehouses Inventory counts and closing, direct Cash Van counts, loses investigations, Budgeting preparation, and monthly budget ( Actual vs. Budget) follow up, profitability and customer position studies, preparing reports for top management for desiccation making, where i also report directly to the finance manager.
Responsible for Wastage reports, daily open Salad bar and Sushi bars consumption, not to exceed the accepted percentage margin, menu Creation on system for costing purpose and setting prices, monthly closing and stock variance investigations,
Responsible for daily briefing, and employees targeting toward business objectives, and daily sales targets, purchase orders, follow up audit reports, and for hard to reach platinum mark in all audit reports, preparing daily closing and banking reports, monthly inventory counts.
I have graduated with a GPA of 3.18, and now working on my MBA-Finance where i will graduate in February-2019.
