•Efficiently managing all construction works from the excavation phase up to the finishing phase.
•Planning and controlling the resources effectively to achieve highest productivity within the allocated budget.
•Reviewing & Approving Technical Submittal's with close coordination with Consultant and Client teams.
•Monitoring and reviewing sub-contractors' activities and identifying potential issues and proactively identifying solutions to redress them.
•Reviewing the contract documents, the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with project baseline program.
•Compiling costs for different phases and providing suggestions that can be implemented to reduce costs.
•Chairing weekly Construction design and Progress meeting to monitor progress and to resolve any issues
•Conducting site visits and site meetings with site team to understand and ensure work progress as per schedule and resolving any issues which may hamper the progress of the project.

•Project Budget: 1.5AED Billion.
•Meydan One Project the Project Contain construction of the Biggest Mall in the world (1.5$ Billion US Dollar) KSA (Reporting to Projects Director and leading a team of 1100 employees) Key Responsibilities:

•Project activities: The project contains construction of (Segmental Bridge, at Grade, underground, Cut & Cover) the assembling and erection of the 'Launching Gantries' and later the erection of the superstructure respectively to the operating crew in all methods related to the erection, launching of the Machine and stressing of the Pre-Cast Segments and planning and execute of the heavy lifting on site
(Reporting to Project Manager and leading a team of 3 Junior Engineers and 4 Subcontractor)
(Reporting to Eletrical Section Engineer) Key Responsibilities:
•Monitored the progress of the subcontractors' activities and provided guidance and support.
•Enhanced the subcontractors' performance to achieve project deadlines.
•Prepared daily progress reports.
•Provided support for the construction managers by applying the proper sequence of works related to the IT System, Audio Visual System, and the Car-park Management System. Key Project:
