Electronic Health Solutions company is a non-for-profit company established in Jordan by the major stakeholders of healthcare delivery. It consists of a team of over 400 Healthcare professionals, Infrastructure and Software engineers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Managed and closed the first application specialized in nutrition and food services project in Jordan.
 Managed and closed the Hakeem Dental web-application project.
 Modeling the project implementation methodologies, processes and building capacity for the new packages for VistA to be followed for the roll-out in all Healthcare Facilities in Jordan (packages like Nutrition & Food Services package, Dental web-application package, Pharmacy GUI…etc.).
 Participated in managing the Pilot project, billing system "ERP" as well as the integration between the billing system and VistA health solutions including several packages: VistA CPRS, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology), at Prince Hamzah Hospital in preparation for rollout in all health care facilities throughout Jordan.
 Allocated as Program Manager to implement VistA health solutions packages in Jordan Healthcare Facilities.
 Supervising and mentoring the project management team to successfully implement VistA health solutions packages in all public health care facilities throughout Jordan
 Develop tools and frameworks for the project implementation approach to reach the targeted level of quality in delivery.
 Participate and effect the strategic decisions thru perform studies and researches for the company in this regard.
 Provides high level reporting, dashboards and trend analysis of the project performance, risks and business development.
 Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.

 Managing MS Dynamics AX Implementations projects across pharmaceuticals, shipping and manufacturing industries as per Sure Step methodology.
 Responsible for managing and proactive steering of the projects that are strategically ‘Crucial’ to the organization and of a High priority.
 Provide directions and assistance as needed to other projects, to overcome important obstacles/aspects encountered during the project life cycle.

 Analyze business needs, participate in designing functional requirements. In addition, Highly supervision on all project documents such as FRD, Fit/Gap Analysis, FDD, User Manual, etc. i.e. decidedly supervision on preparation Business Process Mapping, Business Process Re-engineering (As Is - To Be) documents.
 Provide specialized business expertise to develop and/or modify functional requirements for application development.
 Involved in customer-facing requirements gathering and solution design sessions. Also, experience in leading requirements (scope, gap) and provide strategic advice to the clients as well.
 Perform Project plan development, authorization, baseline, and management.
 Preparation and maintenance of project plan, project kick off presentation to stakeholders.
 Ensuring the required documentation is in place as defined in the implementation methodology.
