• Participating in feasibility studies with rest of business development team.
• Using different variety of team collaboration, requirements and modelling tools like: TFS (Team Foundation Server for agile methodologies), IBM DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System), JIRA (For Agile Software Development), VISIO (for UML modelling and context diagramming)

Working in E-Government in KSA for Ministry of Housing (MOH), a national project, analyze programs and systems that facilitate efficient electronic services and smart work practices right from planning and designing to support and execution.
Enable innovative technological solutions, transform traditional e-government & public services in accordance with today’s modern lifestyles from IT perspective.
Acting as a single point of contact between business, development, project management, senior management, quality teams, ensuring every business requirement is communicated/transferred/documented successfully, with gap/impact analysis is covered with Business team.

My role in the current running project is analyzing 12 business modules varying from user-system modules to system-system modules, covering all aspects of the project, including billing and payments modules, integration with 3rd party systems/institutes (including integration with SADAD E-Payment Gateway), Partner Bank Integration, contract management and other modules.

Analyzing the organization and design of businesses, the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems, responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT.
Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
