•Supervises and directs the updating of (Shareholders & Internal Audit and Other Incidents) action tracking, monitoring and reporting on progress of the Terminals Risk Register, Business Risks, Strategic Milestones, Shareholders Audits, CEO, TCM, ASR and PFISC Reports & Presentations.

2/Level-3/Level-4 KPIs and Strategic Milestones. Leads compilation of Annual KPIs & Strategic Milestones
• Identifies potential problem area for review with relevant Team Leaders to propose remedial recovery actions, responsible for development in coordination with Team Leaders regarding planning, reporting and follow up strategies, and follow-up the achievements
• Reviews Budget Requisitions for its completeness in terms of schedule, contents, various attachments and quality. Follows up on the missing documents/contents
• Acts as a focal point of the development of Assets Progress Reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly). Leads the development of various special tasks, presentations and business cases.
• Supervises and directs the performance of all members of the Engineering & Business Planning Team, sets targets and standards of performance for all Team Members in line with Das Asset KPl's. Coordinates and follows up inputs towards the divisional KPl's and Performance review for Asset and ensures compliance with Corporate KPl's.
• Supervises and coordinates with Financial Controller and related Team Leaders and Managers on the development of Budget for Terminals and relevant variances/ justifications.

1. Conduct feasibility/conceptual studies & in-house engineering for small and medium size civil projects
2. Prepare scope of work for external consultants and EPC contractors for the execution of jobs
3. Review the design works and studies performed by the Engineering Consultants and ensure that they are in accordance with the technical requirements and meet the standards
4. Review and approve drawings, specifications and technical documents for all Civil Design related works
5. Participate in the technical evaluation of tenders and issuance of recommendations
6. Monitor the performance of engineering contractors/consultants & provide necessary design inputs and follow up during the execution of the basic and detailed engineering
8. Participate in the pre-qualification of engineering consultants/vendors and review the bidders list
9. Provide input/update Engineering Procedures, Company standards, Technical Specifications, Design Philosophies and Engineering Guidelines
10. Develop business cases, execution strategies and statement of requirements
11. Participate in site surveys of Company facilities and to establish and identify the actual requirements
12. Provide technical assistance, coordination and liaise with other discipline engineers within the Company and other business units on all aspects of technical and general requirements
13. Impart training particularly to UAE nationals to meet their integration targets.
14. Provide technical studies and propose solution related to Civil Works such as buildings, roads, bridges, jetty, foundations, reclamation, soil investigation, and concrete repairs.
15. Prepare Design Basis, Philosophies and Specifications related to Civil Engineering.
