Managing the workshop efficiently by implementing quality control procedures.
Team leader of more than 150 skilled personnel and performance Appraisals.
Responsible for maintenance, repair, overhauling more than 900 kinds of vehicles, heavy
duty equipments, generators.
Planning preventive maintenance schedule to avoid breakdowns.

Follow up with site mechanical supervisor and mechanics for breakdown repair.
Evaluate failures reported and action taken to ensure the effectiveness of the service provided.
Responsible for repair, overhauling the ground support equipment in the maintenance base.
Prepare the budget of maintenance and repair for six months basis.
Team leader of 60 skilled personnel and performance Appraisals.
Follow up the maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems.
Forecasting of materials, supports, special tools, manpower requirements.
Implement major overhaul programmes for Ground Support.
Follow up the carpentry and fabrication work (steel dockings, tile flooring, ceiling repair).
Worked on infrastructure projects, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, private sewage system and site exploration.
Supervising and inspecting sanitary, storm water line and utilities service work.
Follow up the planning schedule.
Gained good experience of the underground projects, pilling, tunnelling work, laying pipes,
casting concrete)
Worked on Al Jaber Projects (Tunnelling 803c, 807 Storm water, 962/2 ICAD Irrigation)
