• Encouraging and facilitating professional development through activities such as monitoring and departmental meetings and workshop.
• Providing leadership for the instructors in developing strong and attractive curricula.
• Responsible for teaching students in various concepts of Electrical technology (Associate Diploma and Diploma) including electrical installations (MV & LV system), motor control, maintenance and troubleshooting, testing and repair of various electrical components and equipment, basic electrical design and calculation, Fire Alarm system, CCTV, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), risk assessment and management.
• Develops practical activities and teaching materials according to Saudi Skills Standard (SSS).
• Train up to 25 hours of in class instruction and lab activities per week.
• Create a positive learning environment to maintain attention and improve knowledge and understanding for all trainees.
• Support and help students to find source for outside job training in the industries.
Internal verifier with the following duties:
• Design and checking the graded practical assignments according to Saudi skills standards SSS ETUET-1
• Apply verification sampling strategy for graded assignment, quizzes and exams
• Checking the compliance of skills and knowledge learning outcomes according to SSS.
• Monitoring and verifying the evidence uploaded on eportfolio
• Liaison with External Verifiers, arrangements and preparation of data for EV visits and follow-up of action plans within specified timescales.
• Reading design specifications and technical drawings.
• Estimating timescale and assigns the resources such as manpower, consumables, equipment and tools required for all electrical works.
• Implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site such as LV & MV cables pulling or laying, compact substation up to 1500 KVA, transformers, panel boards, feeder pillars, cables trays & ladders, lighting poles, lighting fixtures, small power systems, power supply for lifting station and grounding system etc.
• Prepare method of statements.
• Prepare request (MR) for purchase of materials and equipment.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to approved shop drawings, project specifications and applicable quality standards.
• Submits inspection requests (RIW), site reports, work progress and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel by ensuring that execution will be done according to all applicable HSE standards.
• Testing & commissioning the electrical systems to ensure that the system is stable and safe.
• Preparing as-built drawings with cooperation with the technical team.
• Attending meeting with the main contractor engineers.
• Assists the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical works at site within the project budget.
• Liaising with subcontractors, quantity surveyors and the technical department.
• Plan and schedule the project activities in liaison with planning engineer.

Generated Monthly and Quarterly, Executive reports for Engineering Director & Top Management
Perform introductory training sessions for new recruits & preparing presentation for the Customers & Visitors.
Product Engineer (Bids & Proposal Department):
Designed Power Cables, Prepared drawing, Technical offer’s.
Performed Cable Selection, Calculated of Electrical Parameters, provided Cables Ampacity using CYMCAP.
