• Leading in-house applications development team (13 members) ensuring standard procedures are being followed.
• Managing project stakeholders from different cultural and technical backgrounds, including technical development team, business owners, network/security engineers and infrastructure engineers.
• Managing in-house applications projects including charting, planning and risk management.
• Developing and implementing a tailored SDLC process along with the documentation life cycle.
