My scope involved:
•Manage the construction project of the new HQ in Smart village. In addition to, selection of suppliers and contractors for office furniture, gym equipment and executive area.
•Post construction (facility management) as the building was occupied. I was overlooking the process of selecting a facility management company to take over the facility from the contractor and stay in charge of its maintenance and operation.
•Valuating other company facilities in Egypt, KSA & UAE for the purpose of renting or selling.
•Relocating the company office in KSA from kingdom tower to sky tower.
Joined and passed the course as a candidate on Pharos behalf. The course contained the following topics:

*Corporate valuation *Mergers and acquisitions
Golden Pyramids Plaza is a one billion dollar mixed use development covering some 750, 000 m2.
My scope in the team established to develop and prosecute delay and disruption claims on behalf of the joint venture was as follows:
•Responsible for researching, forensic analysis and quantifying claims using both Time Slicing and state-of-art techniques of project modeling through System Dynamics simulation. This was achieved by a keen understanding of the F.I.D.I.C. standard form of contract and SCL Protocol.
•Developing a detailed cost claim, based on comparative analysis of as planned costs and S curve and actual running and preliminaries costs.
The Air Wing is the section in Dubai airport dedicated for exclusive use of the Emirates Royal families and contains the world's largest aircraft hangars. My scope included:
•Monitoring progress both on site & in the office (Engineering & Procurement)
•Prepare periodic progress updates to the consultant and owner as well as various internal reports to the executive management of both companies.
•Revise Clause 14 Program to incorporate changes and new sub-contractors scope, including additional quantities and cost monitoring.
Responsible for an area on the job site. Responsibility involves coordinating the civil work with the electrical and mechanical work. Preparing an internal punch list in coordination with the quality control engineer. Planning work and organizing the labor.

Responsible for preparing and submitting material and drawings submittal to the U.S.A. Army Corps of engineers. It involved reviewing submittal to make sure it was complying with the U.S.A. Army Corps of engineers specifications.
Engineer, scheduling office, Planning department at Golden Pyramids Plaza project. Revised schedules submitted by the contractor. Followed up on delayed items in the project. Inspected the percent of completed work on site.
Rotated around different construction activities as excavation, finishes and concreting.
