Manage the project constraints of scope, time, budget, quality, risk, resources and has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
Continue to develop and implement standardized strategic and business planning tools to foster consistency over time and across projects. Complete this within the organization’s planning process but enhance the process through specific planning tools as well as syndicated or proprietary databases that enhance the level of thinking and insight injected into the entire process.

- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
- Create the conceptual program designs that establish the framework for future implementation activities, including goals, resource needs, and metrics.
- Provide organizational leadership in a collaborative spirit of teamwork to drive progress toward achieving efficiency savings and market transformation goals.
- Coordinates with internal organizational groups, such as Operations and Implementation, Account Management, Engineering, Customer Support & Development, Marketing, Technical Services and others to transition high-level plans and conceptual program designs to implementation within target markets.
- Develop plans for effective working relationships with market partners (supply chain, design professionals, etc.) to improve understanding of their business values and drivers as well as barriers to efficiency implementation.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Responsible to manage IT department, ERP software implementation, Communications, planning, execution, monitor and control of all technical and administrative functions, resources and performance.
- Coordination between the business owners and outside hardware and software vendors.
- Project Management within the time-frame and budget, reporting to top management and projects sponsor.
- Projects Reports preparation, communicating and presenting to the top management and the main stakeholders.
- Acting as Internal business data consultant to assure correct entries which is matching business expected requirements.
- Provide the first level of support for the end user for both business and functional areas.
- Distribute user's permission and security as per the end users duties and privilege within the organization.
- Support the end users and Managers on their daily operations.
- Provided functional support to the end user including General Ledger, Project management and Accounting, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Trade and Logistic, Production Control, Sales and Marketing, Inventory Management, Administration, Basic modules.
- Managing IT staff for extending IT support AD, E-mails, Server availability, SQL backups and Anti-virus.
