ôPreparing, Filing and registering the client’s trademark (s) and
Patents in Iran Through the General Administration Oôce in
Jordan.
ô Maintaining all the client’s trademarks and Patents in force by
monitoring them and renew them before the expiration of the
validity period.
ô Preparing oôers for the clients.
ô Follow-up all the pending jobs.
ô Preparing Invoices and Proforma Invoices.
ô Coordinating with and helping the Price Cost Department in
gathering the prices of the agents and updating the charges on
the WIPS System.
ô Checking the correspondence before sending the same to
clients.
ô Preparing and sending reports to the clients.
ô To make sure that all the data related to Trademarks, Patents,
Industrial Design are entered correctly in the Systems adopted
by the company.
ô Solving the technical problems that might arise in the Oôce
Preparing, Filing and registering the client’s trademark (s) and Patents in Libya.
Maintaining all the client’s trademarks and Patents in force by monitoring them and renew them before the expiration of the validity period.
Preparing offers for the clients.
Follow-up all the pending jobs.
Preparing Invoices and Proforma Invoices.
Coordinating with and helping the Price Cost Department in gathering the prices of the agents and updating the charges on the WIPS System.
Managing and Distributing the daily work for Libya Office employees.
Checking the correspondence before sending the same to clients.
Preparing and sending reports to the clients.
To make sure that all the data related to Trademarks, Patents, Industrial Design are entered correctly in the Systems adopted by the company.
Solving the technical problems that might arise in Libya Office.
- Assisting with the external patent attorney firm on patent applications and issues and reviewing correspondence and responses drafted by external Patent attorneys and ensuring the detail is accurate.
- Helping in finding new associates with competitive prices
- Registering new patents, Trademarks and Industrial Designs.
- Participating in performing the daily correspondences with the Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual property agents and clients.
- Registering the client's trademarks according to their request in the European Countries.
- Acting the follow-up process and the reminders.
- Issuing invoices for clients.
- Issuing and sending reports for clients.
