I’m responsible of creating architecture shop drawings package & all of finishes LOD
350.My role is to manage a team from three players including assigning tasks, reviewing, estimate time and
submitting.
Supporting the construction team for site execution, and solving any issues.
Making all coordination works with MEP and construction team as per project requirements & in coordination
with consultant and all stakeholders.
Ensure that the model parameters are compliant with the BEP, configuring models for all disciplines to ensure
that the correct coordinate system is used and models are matched- creating and adjusting design templates in
modelling tools.
Creating solutions to improve the workflow with models, creating element families or an internal element library
within the project.
Participating in the inaugural meetings to ensure that everyone understands the BIM process, Participating in
meetings with clients and others as a “BIM expert” in the organization.
Transferring models to new software versions (previously agreed with the whole project group) & Verifying
compliance, checking if any data has been omitted during the transfer.
I worked in stations modelling & designing -Shallow & at grade stations- for line 2 using BIM tools with LOD 350,
making sure to comply with projects requirements, international standards in respect to BEP -EIR.
Supporting the team m to create all modelling (PIM), including creating families and templates, generate all
required drawings, extract data & schedules from the models (QTO&QTX).
I was responsible to manage work with 3 team members by assigning tasks, supporting team, estimate time,
review works & make all coordination work with other disciplines
Working on BIM implementation plan and process in the project in coordination with the BIM manager step by
step to follow agreed plan and procedures.
Making and following clash report checking and procedures for coordination work with MEP-Structure -
Landscape Design-Utilities, and also make coordination works with designs centres like Siemen & Zaha Hadidto solve issues and make meeting to fix and coordinate.
Quality control and quality assurance work by creating own checking list to compare and validate using different
tools to verify if the information entered in the model is correct & verifying if all exported data from the model are
complete and accurate.
