• Review contractor’s construction drawings; respond to technical queries and technical submittals to ensure compliance withdesign intent.
• Review Civil design and engineering studies prepared by local and international engineering firms.
• Review changes or deviations in Civil design scope, material quantities, budget or schedule, and assist particularly with defining the change, obtaining accurate estimates of the hours involved, and recommending budget adjustment.
• Responsible for execution and supervision of works in accordance to the project specifications,
• Reviewing all design documentation deliverables including but not limited to; drawings and specifications at all design phases and determining the following; compliance with the project design brief, project goals, and objectives, building code compliance, design optimization, set quality of design is achieved, design efficiency, determine risks and opportunities, determine cost-saving solutions, functionality, effective space planning appropriate material selection, quality of coordination of documentation with other disciplines, conduct QAQC and ensure the client receives added value from the design review services.
• Conducting value engineering assessments and activities as part of the design review process in collaboration with the appointed sum.
• Ensuring the client's brief, intention, and concerns, the project design brief, goals, and objectives are obtained, reviewed and clearly understood so compliance is determined and recorded accurately in the design review report.
• Performing the role of job captain and/or design review team leader was requested for any design review project as required, managing, supervising, and coordinating all efforts of the assigned design review team to ensure the entire report is well coordinated and ready for submission within the required time constraints, ensure the quality of the content meets the department standard and the QAQC process has been successfully implemented as outline in the design review manual and meets the client’s needs.
• Coordinating efforts for design reviews with other design review team members in all disciplines such as architectural, interior design, MEP, structural, landscape, master planning, CQS, project directors, project managers, design managers, internal department directors, technical managers, project administrator, and document control and others as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisted Planning in preparing the working schedule for the project
• Supervised construction of the Structural, Architectural and landscape of

• Responsible for the Quality of all materials used and delivered at the site.

•Construction of residential gated Community with 9 tower with (G+5) comprising of 70
•flats. Each tower with Civil Construction with Architectural finishing, with client
•Customise interiors various design of in False ceiling & interior painting pattern.
•Responsible for all the construction related activities (formwork, concrete pouring, Brickwork and plastering activities, wall and floor tile installations)
•Ensuring work executed is correct by checking all activities.
•Ensuring the work is completed in the scheduled time and plan.
•Recording the manpower available, and materials available at the site and raising indent/request for material required in coming days to avoid delays.
•Estimation of Quantities of material required at the site.
•Ensuring work is executed with Good Quality and Safely.
•Maintaining all records of work executed and checked such as - checklist, pour cards, post concrete inspections, material reconciliation, bills and debit notes etc.
