Design, submitting & supervising the projects along with its fully co ordination with owner, contractor & sub_contractor ..till delivering the projects taking in considerations authorities procedures and client requirements along with budget and required quality .. in both exterior works & interiors as well .
Working as a senior architect, preparing conceptual architectural drawings, right from the scratch starting from main concept schematic design and to working&construction drawings with following of authorities and submissions approvals from both client and authority in Dubai& Sharjah .
I have considerable experience in understanding of architectural design And developing ideas with the client, establishing budgets, assessing The needs of the project, its users, and its impact within the local Environment
I can easily handle any Architectural Requirements in mega projects and coordinating with Different Disciplines by integrating the software's knowledge with the practical Design challenges and previous gained experience in the filed
Along with a 5 years intensive engineering and architectural study i had studied architectural design, architectural theory , urban design , interior design , concrete & steel preliminary design method , working drawings and project analysis and other effective studies which are shaped my architectural background with an excellent degree in graduation project .
