Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth operation of the following systems:
Baggage Handling System( BHS )
Passengers Boarding Bridge (PBB), PCA, GPU
Electrical & Control Systems
CCTV, PIACS & low current
Baggage screening system
Escalators & Elevators
HVAC
Monitoring and Maintenance for BHS, PBB and other systems
Manage and Control all operations and maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical) activities.
Following up projects related to all systems
Coordination with Operations Control Center, Airlines, Ground Handlers, Security Supervisors unit (SSPU), IT Team and sub-contractors.
Planning and assigning daily duties and tasks for Technicians.
Perform Daily preventive maintenances for systems.
Perform Corrective Maintenance for systems when needed.
Applying all the safety rules during the shift and make sure the work environment is safe for the technicians
Perform random inspection for the team that they follow the safety rules during the work
Following up spare parts needed and existance at the warehouse and keep it ease for access when needed
Make a technical and safety trainings for all technicians and keep them updated with the new rules and experience in the site
Troubleshooting, and making daily reports for systems.
Supervising sub-contractors daily work, Coordinating to solve issues related to sub-contractors systems, and receive daily related reports.
Coordinate with other companies during breakdowns to keep the work at highest level of performance.
Suggest new Ideas and solutions to solve the problems, to eliminate the breakdown in the system. and to improve the performance.
Using CMMS (computrized maintenance management System) to organize all maintenance operations inside the airport.
very good knowledge about CAFM (computer Aided Facilities Management).
Preparing Analysis of KPIs to evaluate the performance of BHS system .
Participated and handled key activities during the overnight transfer of Operations from the Old Terminal to the New Terminal.
Handled some of ORAT (Operation Readiness and Training) Trials.
Perform BHS and Elevators Systems inspection before final hand-over from sub-contractors.
Submit the problems of the systems and following with the manufacturer during warranty periode to do the necessary modifications under warranty
Plan and keeping up on making the table of the employee’s monthly presence at work
follow up production lines of Asphalt and building materials like stones and sand.
Maintenance of Asphalt mixing planet & Crasher.
Perform daily preventive maintenance for the systems
Perform corrective maintenance for the systems in case of and damaged
Following up spare partes needed and order them
Make training for the technicians on the maintenance of the system

- Training on Short Circuit Analyses software (Ecodial) design of control panels using Eplan control design software.
