 In charge of a total of $2.4 million systems integration which was successfully rolled out across 274 courts in Jordan.
 Provide PMO, planning, and sourcing management activities for rollout of 1st generation Judicial Enterprise Architecture (JEA) and solution to 50 court locations and 274 courts. Achieved this goal within 18 months of commencement. Included in this phase of the project were:
o Build-out of facilities to support new technologies.
o Installation and configuration of over 100 database servers in 50 locations.
o Training program oversight for approximately 1400 end users.
o Installation of Court Case Management Systems on approximately 1400 workstations.
o Go-live support and conversion activities.
o On-going support as needed.
