- Correspondence with consultants, Contractors and Vendors.
- Preparing weekly reports for the Related Mangers.
- Professional in tendering, contract conditions and sub-contract agreements.
- Prepare the E-Prequalification Review for all vendors.
- Prepare Professional Recommendation for the Bidders.
-Coordination with other Authorities to exchange contracts new experiences.
- Member of RTA contracts and bids committee.
Responsibilities:
1- Overall responsibility for successful project Implementation:
• Conducts project handover meeting
• Prepares Monthly Reports
• Conducts Project Close out Meeting
2- Programming / Scheduling.
• Prepare, review and update the construction program
3- Financial Control:
• Cash Flow Forecasting.
• Cost Management.
• Monitor Progress Claims and Variations.
4- Client Liaison:
• Site Meetings.
• Contractual Negotiations and Correspondence.
• Monitor Technical Queries.
5- Safety and Environment:
• Overall responsibility for Site Safety and Environmental Performance.
• Report accidents and incidents to Operations Manager
• Report environment incidents to Operations Manager
• Review and report monthly data to the Operations Manager
• Establish environmental & OH&S objectives and targets and review performance.
6- Human Relations and Industrial Relations:
• Ensure good Human Relations / Industrial Relations Management Processes.
Responsibilities:
• Pricing analysis for the current market rates, cost estimation and quantities analysis.
• Professional in tendering, contract conditions, sub-contract agreements, and contracts analysis.
• Studying the risks analysis for the project.
• Preparing construction method statements.
• Preparing QA/QC Plan as per project requirements.
• Preparing Health and safety plan as per project requirements.
• Preparing and following up cash flow for the projects, cost codes for project accounting System (Cheops) and Monthly Cost Reports.
• Responding to all the financial claims and preparing budgets to match the project needs.
• Following the Project’s progress to ensure handing over on the proposed time and quality.
• Communicating and following up with the clients and consultants for the projects queries.
• Negotiating VCs and EOT claims as per contract conditions.
• Good knowledge in FIDIC.
• well known in local market and good experience in business development.
Projects under my responsibility:
B+G+2+R DEWA Offices Building in AlQuoze industrial 2 (Dubai) 60 Million Dirham.
• Working as Contracts Department and Supervision department.
• Evaluation of progress and issue the payment certificates for main contractor.
• Inspection of all civil works, ensuring that all construction activities are as per contract drawings and specifications and comply with the quality assurance and safety requirements.
• Daily monitoring of contractors’ work progress, planning, safety, quality.
• Supervises construction works, and guides contractor for the construction.
• Review all construction contractors’ submittals to assure timely response and process.
• Coordination with client, main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• All relative paper work to contractor, subcontractor and client.
Site experience:
• Professional Skills of reading architectural, structural, plumping drawings, and good in others.
• Substructure works; piles, pile caps, pile tests, waterproofing, dewatering, shoring, excavation, and others.
• Super structure, well experienced in reinforcement, RC works material properties and standards.
• Finishing works; plaster, paints, stone, marble, tiles, aluminum, alum. Certain walls.

• 42 Nos. villas For Mr. Hussein Abdulrahim Gergash in Jumira.
