- Handling escalations and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of NOC.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical customer issues associated with
Juniper Networks’ equipment PTX/MX/EX/E and T Series.

- Provide clear and concise documentation of all problems and resolutions in Helpdesk software in real time as issues are handled.
- Perform all job tasks in accordance with company policies, procedures and performance measures.
