Responsibilities: -

10. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, project costs, submit related variation order and Convince Cost Consultant.

Jabal Omar Project (Client: JODC, Project Management: Hill Int’l, Main Contractor: ACC& MEP Contractor: Drake and Scull Int’l).
High rise buildings (Four Hilton towers which Two Towers of 33 floors and other Two Towers of 42 floors), with total built-up area of 235, 000 m2 built over Podium area of 180, 000 m2 which includes mall, underground parking and Hotel reception. The total power of the project is 66 MVA supplied by 53 transformers.
Responsibilities: -
1) Shop Drawing Review based on design drawing and project specification requirement including but not limited to the following:
a. Medium voltage system (power containment drawing, riser drawing, Bus bar schemes, Medium Voltage Room Furnished Layout).
b. Low Voltage system including but not limited to (Lighting system, lighting control system LCS, Small power system, High current Risers, Raceway, Power containment, Low Voltage Room Furnished Layout).
c. Earthling, Grounding and lightning protection System.
d. Low current systems including but not limited to \{Fire Alarm (FA), Data/Tel., WIFI, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address (PA), Building Management System (BMS), Structural cabling & Integration between Systems\}.
2) Material Submittal Review based on project specification and related codes including but not limited to the following:
a. Medium voltage system including but not limited to \{Switch gears (LBSs, C.Bs, protection relays), MV Cables, Terminals, Raceway and Transformers\}.
b. Low Voltage system including but not limited to \{Lighting system, lighting control system LCS, Small power system, Wiring Devices, Wires, Cables, Busway, Raceway, Panels (MDB, SMDB, DB and Power Factor Correction PF)\}.
c. Uninterrupted Powers Supply (UPS) & Centre Battery System (CBS).
d. Earthing, Grounding and lightning protection System.
e. Low current systems including but not limited to \{Fire Alarm (FA), Data/Tel., WIFI, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address (PA), Building Management System (BMS) & Integration between Systems\}.
3) Panel board schedule Calculation and fabricating drawing review for (MDB, SMDB, MCC & DB).
4) Discrimination study and circuit breaker C.B selection
5) Voltage drop and Short circuit calculation review.
6) Request for information (RFIs) Study and take appropriate action.
7) Lead inspectors team to conduit inspections requests (IR’s) in accordance with the discipline related inspections test plans (ITP's) and takes appropriate action in a timely manner.
8) Conduct materials inspection (MIR) and report on quantity and technical compliance.
9) Report any works executed by contractor which not be in accordance with approved drawing or specifications and report corrective action to site engineers immediately and issue site instruction (SI) to the contractor.
10) Prepare Surveillance Reports for deficiencies of work found at site or non-complying with verbal instructions then subsequently issue Non Conformance Report (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
11) Ensure that all project quality plans (PQP) and project procedures (PP) regulations are met.
12) Executed electrical works Supervision to maintain good quality and constructions /installations in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications and related codes.
13) Attend weekly progress meetings related to execute work on site.
14) Write and contribute in monthly progress reports according to site progress.
15) Monthly invoice reports (invoice payment system -IPS) review.
16) Coordinate the works to ensure successful hand-over of the project.
17) Share technical experiences for corrective and preventive actions to resolve any related issues on site that happened or may arise.
