- Responsibilities:
Preparing Baseline schedules.
Updating Program of works weekly according to site data.
Following up design engineering.
Following up Procurement.
Following up project progress and highlighting delayed activities.
Supervising and monitoring Site Labor Force and Subcontractors
Monitoring the actual cost Vs. Planned

Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of electrical related works at site.
Installation of all electrical systems as (Lighting- Power- MDP-RMU-Transformer-LV&MV cables
terminations) and light current systems as (Fire alarm-Data-Telephone-CCTV-Sound-BMS).
Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical group.
Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals for the electrical groups at site.
Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
Collect data relating to commercial and residential development, population, and power system interconnection
to determine operating efficiency of electrical systems.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract
documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
Opening the technical tender, and Make a comparison sheet.
Discuss technical specification and financial offer with Suppliers.
Issued Invoices & Quantity Surveying for the Electrical Items.
Review Shop Drawing before Fabrication.
Review the designing of As Built drawing.
Meeting with customer in the case of technical problems, we want to explain.
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications
prior to execution of any jobs.
Monitor progress and report project status to relevant project staff identifying any areas of issue for further
action.
Preparation of project resource projections based on project performance and report actual against planned
progress.
Preparation and review of reports in accordance with project, management, consultant or client reporting
requirements.
