Appointed as Project Coordinator for (DEWA Store) program. A project that aim to increase the customer happiness, by delivering offers on products and services from different targeted entities.
Job Duties:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Work with project manager and legal team to issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g Agreements and MOUs).
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings including external partners, mid-level management, and team members.
- Liaising with partners to identify and define project requirements.
- Coordinating project schedules and information to avoid any delays.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Implement project testing in design and development phase with the technical team.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status and updates to all participants.
- Implement UX testing (Eye Tracking method) in focus groups and report the findings.
- Follow up with the call center team leader, and DEWA Store email, to report any customer complaint to the concerned party (including external partner, technical team).
- Deal directly with the customer face to face.
- Set up new customer online account using DEWA mobile app or MYID registration.
- Explain and guide the customer through the features of DEWA's mobile app.
- Offer help to the customer by solving any issue and answering any inquiries.
- advice and notify the customers about new features of the online account.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Working on Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) such as Kofax Express, Arcmate.
- Scanning Documents and entering data to server.
- Communicate with the management and give daily/monthly reports.
- Train new employees and supervise the ongoing work.
- Responsible for ensuring the input data is error free.
- Responsible for file validation and document controlling.
- Make monthly meetings about improving the work accuracy and pace.
