-Evaluate and authorize the approval of business, or credit loans.
-Promotes and retails credit to micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses through visits to designated local
market and industrial areas to support business development by financing working capital and investment
opportunities.
- Through individual marketing and promotion channels, ensures financing new and repeated loans to
increase the size of the portfolio.
-Standardizing the filing of all the documents to make sure that, in an emergency, any user may quickly and
easily find what they need.
-Monitors and leverages an adequate healthy caseload of active borrowers.
- Follows up on payments of performing portfolio to ensure adequate repayment rate.
- In coordination with the relevant MD staff, follows up on payments of bad portfolio from delinquent clients
to reduce its volume.
- To accurately, promptly, and efficiently record the financial transitions in the systems
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of the supporting documentation for the payments
- Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.
- Prepare detailed loan proposals.
- Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants.
- Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
Marketed investment products as well as cross-sold ENBD products to new and existing customer. This
include Fixed Deposits, Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Home Finance, and Insurance…etc.
Cross-sold bank products e.g. Home Finance, Personal Loans, Car Loans and Credit Cards.
Technical evaluation for loan applications.
Accept or refuse loan applications based on the technical evaluation.
Provide continuous follow up advice to customers through mentorship approach.
Arrange and organize meetings with new clients.
Understand the needs of each customer and suggest specific products to them.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests maintaining a positive, Empathetic and professional
attitude toward customers at all times.
Creating and maintaining a strong relationship with a company's customer base.
Identify potential clients and generate new leads for the business.
Cross-sold bank products e.g. Home Finance, Personal Loans, Car Loans and Credit Cards.
Communicating with customers through various channels and responding promptly to inquiries.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Enter and release wire payments, messages and telex through the Global Funds Transfer System.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Research out of balance conditions; investigate incoming and outgoing compensation claims.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Escalate to FX advisory and operations management any issues that are considered high risk.
Examine checks for endorsements and to verify needed information.
