1. Fully in-charge of the maintenance department,
2. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
3. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
4. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
5. Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
6. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
7. Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
8. Ensure that designated buildings, plants, and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive
support/solutions when required.
9. Ensure health and safety policies comply with the standards.
10. Department Preventive maintenance plan, & Food safety PM plan.
Responsible for safe and efficient operation of utility department, Process plant facilities to meet production
targets. Expert in handling operational emergencies, unit shutdowns, and start-up activities. Should be conversant
with Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System. Should be able to communicate and implement
preventive & corrective maintenance activities with other disciplines.
Active participation in annual shutdown planning and safe execution is a must. Should possess excellent analytical
and troubleshooting skills to solve day-to-day plant operational issues. Manage (chemicals, Lubricant oil, filters,
Fuel, etc.) inventory, refills & other consumables and ensure its availability at all times. Planning & controlling
production budget (Opex/Capex) and strive for its optimization.
Non-Technical:
I have in-depth know-how of contracts management including preparation of technical Scope of Work /
Specifications for establishing long-term service agreements. Able to lead a professional team of operators both
technically and administratively. Responsible for developing the multi-skill team through cross-training. possess
strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively network within the organization to
improve operation strategies. Admirable self and team management skills. Leadership capabilities
to ensure motivation of team members, maintain a conducive work environment, and able to work under pressure.
Take part and supervising the contractors during the installation of the Boiler, a power plant with the distribution of
power, Refrigeration system, Air compressor, 40m3/hrs water treatment plant, 200 m3/day Wastewater treatment
plant, Air handling units (AHU'S), firefighting system, All the underground piping, and power cable, All the pipe
racks, and cable trays.
* Take part in pre-commissioning, commissioning activates.
* Take part in the piping network (welding and installing and finally the insulation) for PVC, galvanized, carbon
steel stainless steel pipes.
* Take part in the WTP polyethylene black piping installation.
* Installation of main power cable (underground & cable trays) for all projects.
* Take part in fuel system design for power generation system 5.5 MW.
* Take part in main power generation system installing (Cummins generators).
* Take part in the main plant drain system including the wastewater treatment plant & lagoon system and the
irrigation system for the green land.
* Take part in laying the safety roles basics in the plant, (LOTO system, working at height permit, working at hot
permit, working at confined space permit, etc.
* Take part in preparing the Punish list for the contractors before signing any receiving documents.
* Following up and check the work quality to ensure that it's matching the specs.
