The project is located in Al Majmaah, Riyadh on an area of 314 square kilometers. The work includes the construction of buildings and facilities for the King Faisal Air Academy with 130 buildings, road works, infrastructure, electrical and mechanical works, and landscaping.
The value of the project exceeds 4 billion Saudi riyals.
Works for Al-Matal Resort Project
Project Summaries:
The project is located 6 km south of Aqaba, near the village of Al Raha. The project includes the establishment of a resort overlooking the top of a mountain with a height of 164 meters, The project is located a strategic location on top of one of the mountain peaks in the southern parts of Aqaba, overlooking the sea and The site of project have a nice view including the Gulf of Aqaba, the city and the surrounding countries.
The Work includes implementation the infrastructure of the Al-Matal Resort area, with an area of 76 acres, which consists of hospitality areas (hotels), residential areas, the Lake District, recreational places, commercial area, Al-Matal Park, the panoramic street and the entrance to the project, which comprises the following:
1. Earthworks and major Roads works.
2. Drainage Structures and Flood protection works.
3. Storm water system.

Project Summaries:
This project is construction of a new Road in Al Aqaba governorate at Al Qwiera Area, connecting the new solar cells project with Al-Disi/ Rum main road, with an approximate length of 4.5 kilometers. The works also include all incidental works and other related works as indicated or directed such as Earthworks, Asphalt, Pipe and Box Culverts, Median, Curbstone, Precast Concrete Tiles, Riprap, Traffic Signs, Cat Eyes, Paints and Marking, Electrical Pole.
Qa' Al-Saeidyeen (Road and InfraStructure) project (located in Qa' Al Saeidyeen - Wade Araba area, about 73 Km to the north of Aqaba city).
The project consists of the following main parts:
1. Construction of the road network with approximate length of 15km and width of (10m, 8m) .
2. Construction of the main pipes collection network (D.I.P) to reservoir with diameters: (200, 150) mm, it will collect water from wells to water reservoir with all accessories and needed fittings and parts.
3. Establish all control equipment’s and pumps needed for the wells.
4. Construction of the water reservoir.
5. Construction of the control room, about (14) m2 area, with all civil, structural, architectural and electrical works needed.
6. Construction of the irrigation pipes network (HDPE) with diameters: (250, 180, 125) mm, with all accessories, fittings and necessary parts.
7. Construction of the Electrical network for all project facilities.

• Calculate Roads quantities such as Asphalt, Base Course, Sub base, Topping .
• Work Grid Leveling and contour maps for the project.
• Develop basic points of the limits and the corners of the project clarify the coordinates of the points by Total station and GPS.
• Determination the leveling of surrounding roads for the project.
• Develop Assist points near the borders of each project to be back in the case of removal of the basic points of the project.
