• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Receipt of production from factory and storage by type and history
• The distribution of the goods on the branches
• Work a daily inventory of stores and calculating the percentage of blending
• Follow up equipment and workers
• Deportation of the goods to the store sales
• Follow out the goods by policy stores FIFO
• Conversion amounts to palettes yogurt
• Stores during loading control in terms of (time - equipment - Number of items - mistakes)
• Downloads resume in factories
• Follow-up car after getting out of the factories and go to branches
• Car inspection suppliers in front of the factory (licenses - negative)
• Review cooling temperature automotive suppliers and the company before loading
• Review attend the cars in front of factories.

Report directly to: Deputy Managing Director
• Follow up all tasks of warehouse supervisors and evaluation them.
• To coordinate the availability warehousing spaces to receive products in proper timing.
• Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
• Monitoring evaluate & supervise All Staff Performance (Storekeepers, Helpers. Forklift Drivers on Regular base.
• To insure that daily, weekly, monthly or sudden inventory operations are being proceeded properly, also to save the documentations needed under his supervision.
• To follow up daily warehouse activities to insure proper stock.
• To set and order training programs that will improve the efficiency of warehouse employees.
• Perform any other miscellaneous job related duties.
• Receiving incoming Ferrero containers of more than one country Poland, Germany, Italy and India.
• Follow-up receiving containers Ferrero correct steps for transportation and storage and release of health.
• Linking containers, invoices and figures associated health certificates.

Report directly to: Deputy Managing Director
 Recommending measures to improve quality of service increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
 Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
 Monitoring evaluate & supervise All Staff Performance (Storekeepers, Helpers. Forklift Drivers on Regular base.
 To insure that daily, weekly, monthly or sudden inventory operations are being proceeded properly, also to save the documentations needed.
 To supervise and follow up with warehouse keepers about unloading finished products or to receive discarded products according to warehouse instructions
 To follow up warehouses tools and equipment and design its maintenance program to insure its proper functioning.
 To evaluate employees and submit monthly incentives reports and annul raise reports.
 To set and order training programs that will improve the efficiency of warehouse employees.
 Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
 Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
 Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
 Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
 Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge
 Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
 To set and order training programs that will improve the efficiency of warehouse employees.

Report to: Supply Chain Manager
 To follow up daily warehouse activities to insure proper stock
 Review and follow up on the actual balances with book balances of the warehouses on a regular basis to ensure conformity and no deviation.
 Direct Supervision of storekeepers during the loading activities from and to warehouses, in addition to full responsibility on loading of FG products.
 To follow up daily physical count for all vans (direct sells as (Retail, Modern trade and Supplies).
 To coordinate with Supply chain manager about the availability warehousing spaces to receive products in proper timing.
 To put and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports (daily credits - warehousing spaces reports - performance standards.) And submit them to supply chain manager in agreed dates.
 To coordinate between warehouse workers and distribute shifts according to work load.

Reported to: Stock Control Section Head
• Stock in all locations of the Group, and subsidiary companies Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following;
• Follow up all the entire stock movements and ensure complying with the official stock movement procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring the inventory cycle including the transactions for consignment basis items (Supplier).
• Review store receiving and preparing monthly reports.
• Assume responsibility for inventory accuracy, and daily, monthly, and annually inventory reporting.
• Prepare a report and make the final adjustments accordingly.
• Prepare all the monthly inventory reports for the management according to the monthly stock transactions.
• Responsible for the yearly fiscal count and prepare the final opening balance.
Perform any other miscellaneous job related duties.
