- Reviewing and validating the design documents and systems & equipment sizing and BOQ’s for the pre-designed tenders / opportunities and conducting quantity surveying(s) for the lump-sum items.
- Receiving and evaluating suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor’s technical & financial offers and checking compliance with the tender
- Negotiating the technical and financial issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor.

• Working on design concept, design review, calculation, quantity survey and Specifications for Low Voltage and Light current works (Lighting, Power, Earthing, Lightning protection, Fire alarm, Access Control, Intrusion, Smart Nurse Call, Queuing, Panic system, Intercom, CCTV, Master Clock, SMATV, Public Address, Audio Visual, Structured cabling system, Barrier gates, Telecom duct banking systems) according to Codes, Regulations and Civil defense requirements.
