HSE&Drilling Training Supervisor in Saudi Petroleum Services (SPSP), KSA from 06/2020 up to date (Special Project).
•Leading the transfer/handover and took the leadership of training process from our training contractor to be fully in house for my company and saved around 75, 000 Saudi Riyals/month.
•Updated our clients (Aramco, Valaris, Weatherford, DPS, ADES, ARO…etc) Training Matrix to align with Armco Manuals, including HSERM, GI, SWIM, Well control, and other relevant materials, thereby reducing compliance issues and training gaps.
•Offshore/Onshore drilling rigs site visits to deliver different training courses and assessments for drilling and HSE crews for different drilling contractors (Valaris Rigs 140 and 141).
•Regular Rig inspections for our rig to ensure compliance with SPSP and Aramco regulations.
•Preparing risk assessments/JSA for running training jobs and hold pre job meetings with Instructors, drilling crew and monitor the implementation through PTW system.
•Supervise rig drills on regular basis (H2S, Fire, Kick…etc).
•Rig site onboard coaching/assessment for Aramco Safety Engineers/Technicians to incorporate and implement Aramco and international HSE compliance procedures.
•Managed and coordinated the drilling rig maintenance/operations activities and drilling teams on daily basis.
•Managed logistics and procurement process for rig parts and maintenance schedules (Rig HH 180 HP).
•Supervised Drilling&HSE Instructors and admin team to maintain a good performance of training and other sub-contractors to ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
•Collaborated with our clients in regular meetings to facilitate the progression training courses for drilling and HSE teams assigned to different rig positions (AFMs to Drillers and Rig HSE Engineers/Technicians to HSE Supervisors).

•Conduct Aramco’s PTW/WAP receiver courses (confined space entry, PTW hazard recognitions and Lock-out/ Tag-out), for most reputed drilling and construction companies in KSA (Halliburton, Nesma, Weatherford, Nabors, Baker Hughes…etc).
•Assigned as HSE Consultant for Sadara-Dow Petrochemicals Co. (Jubail Industrial Site) for long term project from 04/2016 to 04/2018 (Safety attendant (confined space, fire watch and bottle watch), Permit to work, turnaround, mouth bit respirator, Life Critical Standard (LCS)…etc), trained more than 2000 Sadara employees.
•Conduct Incident Command System 5 days course (ICS) for SATORP petrochemicals company (Saudi Aramco/TOTAL).
•Run different SEC (Saudi Electric Co.) HSE training courses from 1 to 5 days training courses.
•Developed and delivered training materials such as PPT, lesson plans, assessment, training venue checklists…etc for the following courses (firefighting basic and advanced, lifting and slinging, confined spaces, PTW, SMS, H2S, Electric safety, Risk assessment, Process Safety, IOSH managing safely, IADC RigPass, working and rescue at height…etc) and all other related HSE courses.
