• Start-Up Transportation Hub on a 22, 389 sq.m plot area in the Logistic Zone at the Red Sea, KSA (SAR 68, 766, 913), 7 Months, with Red Sea Global as an Employer & Atkins as a Consultant.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Delivered the project from pre-contract to construction and handover stages
• Defined project goals, objectives, and plans, including delineation of scope, scheduling, setting performance requirements, project logistics, construction methodology, and assigning field-specialists

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the construction contracts and deliverables meet the company’s objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality.
• Manage the development of the project execution plan and the project schedule, conducting weekly construction meetings with the Stakeholders to monitor the work progress and ensure that the project is on track.
