Furnishing & Project Management
As a
Facilities & Project Management
Carry out the design and works, as well as inspect and control work activities in compliance with approved
design and manual, whilst supporting policies, procedures and standards. Provide fit outs, services and
contracts in line with quality standards, service specifications, agreed guidelines, legislations and objectives to
the operational management. Coordinate reviews, complete snagging list, develop reports on work progress, and
finalize all items; communicate with contractors, tenants, clients and team to address concerns related to fit out
works.
Key Project:
HQBP (Head-Quarters Business Park) Tower
It is a 52-story office building that contains offices, clinics, restaurants, as well as a unique heliport on the
top. It is the tallest building in Jeddah, to overtake the nearby King Road Tower.
Led the technical office team, conducted comprehensive technical review of all projects, and issued JORs to the
factory, as per predefined production plans. Oversaw estimation and allocation material budget of projects, as
well as arranged cost estimates and shop drawings for various products.

Islamic University (IU) - Staff Housing and Deans’ Buildings - 2000 Doors / Interior Design & Furniture for
the University
Structured technical/working drawings, contracts and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and supervised subcontractors to
accomplish interior design and furniture works. Controlled overall operations of company’s workshops for mass
production of standard items in accordance with the market, customer and project requirements.
Key Project:
Al Khalidiyah Farmhouse owned by HRH Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Al Saud
Developed and implemented production plans for all items, whilst ensuring availability of stocks to meet client’s
demands within budgeted costs. Headed a multi-disciplinary design team, updated database of all shop
drawings, generated cost analysis sheets of products, managed design jobs, and designed fixed decorative
items.

Maintained a comprehensive database of products, and managed company’s technical office, to execute
projects and formulate competitive bids and proposals; organised technical specifications and data sheets for all
tenders. Delivered all technical and administrative information to the team member, while working on the project
to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions.
Established a regular product line, and implemented and maintained the Coding System for all products.
Designed company’s showrooms, office partition systems and display units for a renowned chain of shops.
Technical Office-Interior Design
Successfully directed all technical aspects, managed interior design and wooden item design jobs, and
completed interior decoration and furniture projects to fulfil predefined objectives and client requirements within
deadliness. Prepared shop drawings, cutting lists and offers, supervised manufacturing and installation of
interior & furnishing.
